Online shopping can sometimes be hard, so we understand that a garment might not be 100% right every time. If for any reason you want to return or exchange your order, we are happy to exchange or refund any item purchased online (excluding sale and final sale items)
Please email email@example.com before you send back a return, to make sure we can exchange the item, refund where applicable, or make sure the product you want exchanged is in stock.
Please note any returns must be received within 14 days of purchase and all returns must include original packaging, tags and be in a saleable condition.

Please note NYX&MIN does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning them to us and hence why we recommend a traceable method.
We will arrange to either exchange or refund you, once the garment has been returned and accepted by NYX&MIN.
NYX&MIN offers free shipping (on applicable orders) with the tacit understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased. Should you choose to return your full priced order for a refund, NYX&MIN will retain any original shipment costs incurred.
Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
